will use this service again!

it is a great service. Two different teams came to pick up our bags, which worried us a little. It was so good to go around the city with only our handbags! we will definitely use this service again....

Easy to book online. However a extra comment section would be useful. Easy to drop off. They found the location eventually. It was a very complex address.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we can appreciate how difficult this must have been for you, however our meeting points are clearly labeled as being located in Arrivals and you would have received a map of the location with your booking confirmation. The concierge who met you with your luggage at the airport was unfortunately on that occasion working by himself. Whilst do try to go above and beyond and assist our customers however we can, we are unable to guarantee that there will be an additional member of staff on hand and this is not a standard part of the service we provide.
