Hi Roland. We're sorry to hear that your return AirPortr booking wasn't successful. As you mention above, the pick up date was booked incorrectly and when we arrived at your hotel we couldn't find you and as we only had three digits of a phone number we were unable to get through. Emails are sent from our Help Centre team when there are issues with bookings so it might be that this email was blocked by your email provider. We apologise for the inconvenience that not receiving this caused.
