I think it needs to be made clear that there is no permanent desk available. My return flight arrived early and there was nowhere I could leave my luggage.

Hi Lucy. I wasn't told that the person who collected luggage on the return would be different from the contact on departure. Therefore, when I contacted the number given, there was no answer/response. I appreciate this was at 6am in the morning. Tony.
