Mixed bag

Good experience overall. The discount voucher that was promised for first-time users proved to be a bit of a scam because it didn't work so that dragged my perception of them down.

The first time use voucher is only valid on the AirPortr + Bag Check-In service. This is clearly stated on all advertisements and in our terms and conditions.
