How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Convenient service, good prices!

Hi Adrien. Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do require you stick to your booked hourly slot as our desk isn't manned between bookings. If you give us your flight number when you book we'll keep an eye on your flight and be aware of any delays so no need to book later incase you are delayed. We hope to see you again soon.
