Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Disappointing AirPortr+Check-in , useless if BA dont provide boarding pass

Service was totally useless to us, we booked the check-in + airportr service to be able to go straight through security , (service does not work if BA does not provide Boarding pass, due to passport...

Hi Sebastien. Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Unfortunately if BA can't issue you a boarding pass this is out of our control. We do not allow check in bookings on any routes that we know have boarding pass generation issues but Sydney is not one of them. We hope you'll consider using the service in future.

Hi Lucy, Maybe it was an issue with BA (we didn t really understand why they would not check us in) i understand that they would need to check if we had visa, but they did nt do any check , at the check in desk, they asked if we had visa without checking. That being said we were under the impression that this check would be done by Airportr, since you require our passport when picking up bag. I would have expected better service/cooperation betweem BA/airportr, the airportr being advertised on the manage my booking section of BA. Also we did not see any warning on the website that this thing can happen.

Hi Sebastien. Unfortunately we are not permitted to verify visas to generate boarding passes. Whilst we are an official partner of British Airways we are a separate entity.
