No signs to tell you where to go to pick the bags up, no one at the location when I found it. Very badly organised

As an on demand service unfortunately we are not permitted by the airport to have permanent signage and instead maps are hosted on our website. However, we are looking at how we can make our team in the airport more prominent so you can find them in future.

Hi Madam. We tried to call you 3 times before your pick-up to let you know that you hadn't added your son to your AirPortr booking - yet we could see he was on your BA booking. For us to check in bags, all passengers must be on your AirPortr booking. We have an agreed process with British Airways that is made clear throughout the booking journey.
