Thank you for your feedback. When I have looked into your order I was disappointed to read that your home consultant did not properly communicate with you regarding the progress of your order. At the time your order was placed we were experiencing some delays with the fabric that you chose. You should have been made aware of this at the point of order and I am very sorry that this did not take place.
