Thank you for your feedback and for our call afterwards. As vets we have a responsibility to ensure that the medicines you order from us are correct. This is why we ask you questions. Rightly, our regulatory body also demand we do. Where you have ordered before (and many times - thank you) you have only ordered food. The number is an 0844 and not an 0845 number and carries a cost to you of 3p per minute. Simon (head of pet drugs online)
