The withdrawal of the "Free DVD" with each copy was not explained when I renewed…
The withdrawal of the "Free DVD" with each copy was not explained when I renewed my subscription. This was the main reason I renewed my subscription. I am very disapointed

I am sorry that it was not explained that the DVD was not included. I can confirm that there is now an insert within each magazine whih will provide you with a link which will take you to the information that used to be on the DVD. This was a change made over a year ago as we look to be more Eco-friendly. As a gesture of goodwill I have added 1 free copy to your current subscription team.
