What Trusted Customer said about Parcelhero:

Box of Pictures

Excellent service but disappointed with lack of insurance for artwork. All my work is framed and glazed and there is no cover however safely it is packed.

Hello David, thank you for leaving a review for ParcelHero. Artwork is termed under fragile items even if it is packed safely it could be still at risk. This is why it's not covered under our insurance. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this causes you but I hope you continue to use us for your delivery needs. Kind regards, Alex
