How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hello Alex. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your purchase. We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied. We can see that your order was dispatched to a third-party courier, and that delivery was attempted before the time slot that was provided to you. It appears that the driver was out of the area when this was reported to us and was unable to return. The majority of our deliveries are completed on the day and within the time frame we provide when your order is dispatched. We also have a dedicated, friendly team available to address any concerns you may have regarding delivery, or any other aspect of your order. We will continue to communicate with you directly regarding this matter. Kind regards, Joanne. Online Carpets.
