Online Carpets Reviews

Hello Jamie Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following your order. We are sorry to hear that you have been left unhappy with your experience. We have reviewed the details of your order and note that, originally, the order was not loaded to a vehicle. As a result, we re-cut your order. However, this was cancelled at your request. We also note that you have raised a chargeback for the order; therefore, your refund will be processed as soon as this is actioned by your bank. It is important to note that the majority of our deliveries are completed on the day and within the time frame we provide when your order is dispatched. We also have a dedicated, professional team available to address any concerns you may have regarding delivery, or any other aspect of your order. We always recommend refraining from booking a fitter until your order has been received in order to avoid incurring unnecessary costs. Kind regards, Joanne. Online Carpets.
