Hi Barry,
Sorry about the delay here.
Your order was dispatched on 8th January 2026, and as you can see from the Royal Mail tracking information here it was retained by their Plymouth depot on 10th January:

Now, for some reason Royal Mail said that they "received a request not to deliver mail to the property your item is addressed to today". You contacted us on 13th January to tell us this meant nothing to you, and on the 14th January we responded to say that we hadn't initiated that request either but that we suspected it was due to an incomplete address. (We used the address you supplied to us.)
We advised you to check with the Plymouth depot, because sometimes they hold back parcels with incomplete addresses that the customer can still collect. Failing that, we said to you that the parcel will be returned to us eventually and we'll then send it out again, with a corrected address.
We didn't hear back from you after this, and so we assumed you were OK waiting.
From this review it seems that you are not OK waiting! Sorry about that, but in our defence we used the exact same address you supplied to us - and that was the cause of the delay here.
Anyway, please do contact us on help@normarecords.com to confirm whether you want the parcel redelivered or not, when it makes its way back to us.
