Sorry for letting you down on the shipping of this one. Here's our explanation. We didn't anticipate much demand on this one so didn't place a large advance order for it. As a small business we can't afford surplus stock, and we sometimes only order in small amounts of certain items. You ordered this from us (as a pre-order) on 23rd December, which is the day we shut up shop for Xmas. Similarly, our distributors for this one were shut over Xmas. As such, the initial copies we had ordered back in December didn't even arrive until the late on the 5th and 6th of January. We've just chased our rep up on this one and here's what he had to say: "Looks like Proper [our distro] made the product live as soon as the stock came in (end of December) & started shipping orders right away – but yours was further back in the queue & didn’t get put through until they re-opened after xmas… hope that’s not too much trouble!" We shipped it out to you on the 7th. Is that as quick as we'd like? Nope, of course not. But when it comes to pre-orders we can only work as fast as our suppliers do. And if they ship to Juno before us, or if Juno have taken a bigger punt on an item than we have, Juno will ship to you before us. Some we win, some we don't. As for the pricing...we always want to be the best on price. That's why we offer a Vinyl Price Match. We would've matched Juno's price had you asked us to. :) Anyway, whilst it's clear we have disappointed you on this order I hope this explanation goes some way to, um, explaining why.
