How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Different fit to same pair as before

Ujwal Mayavanshi

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I’m sorry to hear that the fit of this pair was different compared to the same style you’ve purchased before. We understand how frustrating it can be when sizing isn’t consistent, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Your comments are important to us, and we’ll make sure they are passed along to the relevant team so we can review and improve.
