I am unhappy to hear that the items returned were not refunded in a timley manner. I will be looking into this personnaly and hopefully have this resolved quickly. Unfortunately due to some unforseen circumstances some of returns have taken longer to receive back from Collect+ then we would have liked. I have been assured that this is being resolved and going forward problems like this shouldnt occur. We will get intouch with your personnaly as soon as we have actioned the necessary requirements. Please accept my apologies for the incorrect ammount that was refunded back to the card. I would like to investigate this further as this sort of thing very rarely happens.
