The dispatch email did contain information for click and collect advising you to wait until you receive an email confirming the order is available to collect before visiting the store. The parcel arrived at the store the next day, and the email confirmation was sent to you.
Standard Click and collect orders are sent to the stores in our vans, therefore there is no tracking number.
When placing an order, you can see the estimated time it will take for the parcel to arrive at your chosen store on your basket page.
We are really sorry that on this occasion you were not happy with the service received at the store and apologise for any error on our part.
