MandM Direct Reviews

Thank you for your feedback. We now send invoices via Email in an effort to reduce our paper usage. If you are unable to locate your invoice please enclose a covering letter with order and address details. Your despatch email will be listed as ‘Your order has been despatched' and this will contain a link to the invoice with an itemised list of goods, prices and quantities. Please note you should allow 24 hours, after having received the goods/parcel, before trying to arrange your return. All you would need to do is click on the link and your invoice will be available to download and print. If you have purchased a Hermes returns label, this will need to be downloaded via our new return portal. Please note there is an option on the portal to print the label in store if you do not have access to a printer at home. Visit our returns portal - https://mandmdirect.returns.international
