so sorry that you've not received your order yet; thats disappointing! Your order came into us on Saturday afternoon and was posted first thing on Monday (yesterday). It was sent out - as all our packages are - First Class so we're very sure it will be with you soon. Nearly all of our packages arrive to our UK customers next day but it does depend on Royal Mail's local service. We may introduce a guaranteed delivery service for those urgent knitting needs!
