I'm truly sorry to learn that you will not be booking again due to the amount of travelling involved. As I'm sure you will appreciate, the journeys to and from the hotel in Austria are absolutely necessary. For many of our guests, these journeys form part of their holiday, as this time allows the group to get to know each other and they often enjoy the changing scenery. That being said, I'm sorry if the travelling was not as leisurely as you may have anticipated on this occasion.
If you do not wish to spend as much time on the coach, then we do offer some alternative options so that you can still join our holidays. We have negotiated some really competitive rates at the Holiday Inn Ashford North Hotel. The day before departure, our guests make their own way to the hotel, enjoy an overnight stay and then join a transfer coach for the short journey to the interchange the following morning. This can also work in reverse order on your homeward journey. Alternatively, our guests can make their own way to our interchange at Stop 24 Services, where parking prices start from just £25.00 for five days. I really hope that you will consider one of these options rather than not joining us at all.
With regards to your overnight stay in Brussels, I have passed on your comments to our Hotels Contracting Manager, so that this can be addressed with the hotel proprietor.
