Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. It's wonderful to discover that overall you enjoyed your time on the Rhine Princess. This ship is a firm favourite with our guests due to the hospitality provided by the staff on board, so I'm pleased that your experience was no exception to this. Although your main tour coach fully met the specifications of an Executive vehicle, I'm sorry for any discomfort or inconvenience that you experienced on this occasion. I can assure you that the issues you had with one of the drivers have been brought to the attention of our Driver Manager, so that they can be addressed directly with the driver and improvements made for future tours. As there were aspects of your holiday that you really enjoyed, I hope that you can look back with some fond memories and that you will continue to consider us when making your future travel plans. Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. I'm sorry to learn that you were unhappy with the food you received during your time in Italy. Food is a very subjective issue and as everyone has different tastes and preferences, it is very difficult for hoteliers to please everybody all of the time. Nevertheless, I'm sorry if it did not meet your personal expectations on this occasion and for any inconvenience that you were caused. Please be assured that I have brought your concerns to the attention of our Hotels Contracting Manager, so that they can liaise with the hotel proprietor and assess where any improvements could be made prior to the 2020 festive season. I hope that when reflecting on your Christmas in Italy you have some fond memories overall of the places that you visited and the people that you met along the way and I hope that you will continue to consider us when making your future travel plans. Thank you for your star rating and comments in relation to your festive tour with us. I am sorry that you felt the last day of this tour was poor and should have included a lunch. I do feel the description we give in our brochure does clearly state what is included in our tours in regards to the dining arrangements, although the comments you have made have been passed over to our Products team for future consideration.
