Excellent customer service. 10% further reduction offer released a few days after I purchased furnitures I contacted Leekes, who agreed to apply offer and refund me 10%.
Sent the incorrect size and I have not yet heard back on how to change?

Please could you confirm whether you had contacted the store or head office with regards to the error? This way, we can investigate why you hadn't received further correspondence and we can ensure this does not happen again.
