I believe your storage room was on the ground floor so ensuring easy access but if the storage room is inconvenient in any way then you are welcome to move to another room at any point, just ask the store staff about availability. Thank you so much for your comments. The ceiling tiles above all the storage rooms are not polystyrene but are made of a fire protective material. These tiles form part of the minimum 1 hour fire protection system that ensure we maintain the highest level of fire protection integrity in the building. As far as access to your unit is concerned, the space above the ceiling tile is only a maximum of 30cm in depth and I can assure you that this small gap does not compromise the security of your unit.
