Think you should be able to pay for the room before you load up your items incase there is a problem with payment.maybe the access times could be a bit later at weekends.

Thank you so much for your comments. I am sorry you think that you should have paid for your room before you moved your belongings in. The reason we do this is that very often customers under or over estimate the amount of space that they require and part way through their move in, they want to upsize or downsize to a different room. We only want people to pay for the space they require no more, no less.
As far as longer opening times are concerned at weekends, we are always listening to customer's requirements and will regularly review opening times. Based upon sufficient demand these will be changed store by store.
