As an experienced Imtrav booker, the trip met my expectations with regards to transfers and accommodation. Hotels have been pretty comfortable and were centrally located.

Overall, very enjoyable experience
I think customer service (Hollie) is great. I think trip notes could be improved upon, e.g. My Grand Cuba trip consisted out of 2 trips (that would have been helpful info); The difficulty with ATMs...
