We believe that this has been amended and all the issues addressed by the sales agent and the admin department. No complaint has been received by our customer liaison department and they are unable to respond until a formal complaint is received.

Thank you. We always appreciate feedback and a 'pat on the back' for our agents who, we believe, are amongst the best in the business.
We specialise in finding the best deal for you - whether you are planning a family holiday, time away with friends or a couples-only getaway. We take away the hassle of searching for the ideal trip and do it for you.
We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.
Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.
We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.
