After leaving a good review of your company regarding your staff at the booking stage (the money taking part)...I have since had a need to speak to someone regarding the resort I am in....however, your in resort team have yet to answer the phone...been on hold for 30 minutes so far.......your twitter staff appear to be ignoring my attempts at conversing with them and your guys on the sales team just referred me back to in resort helpline....which is basically no help at all.
I may have to rethink my plans to book with you in future.
