We are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations and hope that we can clarify the issue. We would advise that by booking separate elements yourself you would not have the same protection as one of our ATOL protected packages. This is the first benefit of using an ATOL bonded agent. We are sure that you will appreciate that the Covid restrictions in both the UK and in the destinations countries can change rapidly. Whilst we do endeavour to keep our own website and information as current as possible, we always recommend that you check the most up to date information on the Government website. This is to ensure your protection as you would be responsible for the PCR tests and Passenger Location Forms required by the relevant Governments. Despite the issue raised we trust that you were still able to have an enjoyable holiday.
