Still by far and away the best deal.
Used Holiday Gems before.The only issue I have is that gaving booked holidays at one price I then had phone calls saying price had gone up.This time I stood firm and the original price was honoured.

We do apologise that the refund has yet to be received but we do note that this is being addressed by our Customer Service team. The booking was received online and we are surprised that the costs would be queried as this was booked as per your instructions at the cost agreed to online. We would always advise that care is taken when any holiday is booked as individual elements as this would not offer the same protection as our ATOL protected package holidays.

The booking was made on line but there was an issue with the payment going through, one of your service team rang me to say that the payment had not gone through and then charged me £40 more than the online price, yes this has been raised with customer service team on several occasions and still to this date I have not recieved the refund, I would like this made in the next 7 days or I will be taking or further

John your record shows that the check-in process was informed when the booking was made and followed up on the documentation emailed just after and again the next day before your flight departed. This is standard policy along with the health advisory and luggage detail. We are sorry if this was not conveyed by your daughter nor noticed on the email paperwork sent.

I can assure you this was not conveyed to the daughter as it is the daughter writing this so don't blame a third party for your lack of communication. If I recall an Eticket was printed off an in the past an Eticket is for check in
There was no email from ryanair stating to book in for this flight until approx 1hr after the gates had closed
As this was last minute I would of thought all information needed would be passed on verbally ie CHECK IN ON LINE
