Booking with holiday gems was trouble free
So far fantastic, we haven’t arrived in benidorm yet, but all the bookings, hotel, flights, transfers they were very helpful and no problems booking thank you

It would appear that you needed to cancel within 48 hours of departure and unfortunately, there were 100% charges as per our Terms and Conditions and already paid to our suppliers/airlines on your behalf.. However, due to the circumstances, you can claim the loss from your travel insurance.

You lure people in by giving the wrong price on your website, only to find the holiday is a lot more expensive when talking to a rep and wanting to book on the phone

This appears to be an online order and no payment is taken when the order is submitted. The website gives full information of the process on every page of the order and this is reiterated in the Terms and Conditions to which you agreed when submitting the order. Once orders are received by our office, should we not be able to honour the booking at the web price we will call the client to offer any suitable alternatives which is then up to the client to accept or not. No payment is taken until our client agrees to the new costs. A pre-authorisation only is held, and released immediately if no booking is confirmed We thank you for proceeding with the booking and trust that you will have a wonderful holiday

Thank you so much for your reply, I think you have misunderstood what I’m saying, On your website no holiday is ever the same price you pay when you phone up to book, it’s always more expensive, maybe keep your website up to date so as not to confuse people
