Fabulous sea frontage and indoor pool, shower block needs attention

The location of the site is great close to the sea. We received a warm and informative welcome at the reception. We used the indoor pool daily and my grandson took part in the extra pool activities....

Dear Mr Humphries, I am sorry you did not enjoy your experience at Hoburne Doublebois.

It appears you booked online and it does state if towels are included in the different accommodation types when making the booking.

We are unaware of the pool table being broken as this had been used by other guests during your stay with no complaints being received. Reception is always available to report any issues so that these can be dealt with.

There is no additional charge to use any of the facilities if you have your own equipment. Our additional hire charges are only applicable if guests do not have their own because they did not realise what facilities are available until they have arrived.

Golf clubs, golf trollies and tennis rackets are charged for a 24 hour period at a reasonable price.

As a company we do everything we can to ensure guests enjoy their time with us and can only apologise that you felt disappointed.
