Enjoyed holiday wasn’t to empressed with children’s evening entertainment getting groups of children to participate in games then only giving 1 a sweet. How do u explain that to a 4 year old why...

Caravan wasn't cleaned properly we had to ask for oven dishes to cook with and the entertainment at the club house was poor.

I do appreciate that some dog owners are more responsible than others, and that this had somewhat hindered your holiday experience. We are currently in discussion about the dog charge, and any possible changes would be implemented in 2019.

Lovely caravan and surroundings

Accomodation was only 12 months old so was lovely and so nice having a new accomodation which was dog friendly. Lovely surroundings but only thing I would improve is the appearance of the patio bins...

Only marred by not getting the lodge shown on Hoseason's website - which the receptionist at Hoburne told me immediately I checked in was illustrative only but was misleading.
