I was also concerned to read about your experience in the shower. Guest safety is extremely important to us, and I am sorry to hear that you suffered a fall. Whilst our showers are designed to meet safety standards, we will review your feedback as part of our ongoing assessments of accommodation facilities. Thank you again for your balanced comments. Thank you for your review, I am pleased you found the site nice and well kept, as we are a smaller park we don’t have a full shop we do carry toiletries, cereal, biscuits etc in the reception area unfortunately we don’t carry things like Bread and Butter and offer fresh produce as we really have no demand for it. There is a shop at the end of the road at Anchors Drop, they are open 2pm till 6pm daily and Minehead a short driver (10Mins). Am sorry you didn’t enjoy the beach or your stay in general, our prices can change due to sales etc and that price (sale price) is only valid at the of quotation the team would have not been unable to honour a sale price outside of the sale period, for the time your stayed £117 was the correct price for the 3 nights stayed. I appreciate your comments regarding the noise from neighbouring families and dogs. During school holidays and half-term periods, Bashley can be particularly popular with families and pet owners, which can naturally lead to a livelier atmosphere around certain areas of the park. Whilst we understand this may not suit every guest, we do try to balance the needs of all visitors and will take your feedback on board. It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed the facilities and atmosphere around the restaurant and bar, even during what was a particularly busy period.
