How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Emma said about Hive:

A study of summertime, aerial acrobats.

Great. Very quick and efficient delivery. Well priced for both book and delivery. Much better than a high street store that I could mention that said the book was available and then it didn't arrived...

Why I choose Hive

1st class as always. Without Hive I would have a 50 mile round trip to a bookshop. I like that they also support independent bookshops.
