Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Wish I'd used Amazon

Item still has not been delivered three weeks after ordering and after chasing twice. If I had of ordered from Amazon it would have arrived by now and I would have received word about any delays.
