Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are sorry that you have not had the best experience with your order. We insist that you keep the book and we have also refunded you for this as well.

We can only apologise for the inconvenience as it appears that this was a fault in our messaging system to alerting you of your order status. I will be checking with our supplier to see why the book is printed oddly.
