I imagine you were speaking with Paul who is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things Fender! Unfortunately we're not always able to take payment over the phone, this comes down to various card protection schemes (verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code etc) but hopefully you found the website nice and easy to navigate. I was able to call and speak to someone about the best way to go ahead with the order as I was not based in the UK. They were quick and followed the instructions as I asked for delivery
