Thanks for your feedback. I'm very sorry about the missing bag, this was a simple case of human error and it should have been included with the guitar. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the dispatch team. I've searched your email address on both the orders@guitarguitar.co.uk account and the support@guitarguitar.co.uk account and haven't been able to find an email from you reporting the bag as missing so maybe that didn't reach us, however I'm pleased to tell you that we've got the bag here and it's going in the post to you tonight for delivery tomorrow. Apologies again for the delay in getting this sorted. Let me know if there's anything else we can do for you

Thanks for your feedback, I'm glad you've mentioned the amplifier arriving with damaged packaging, it's very important that we have exposure to deliveries which arrive to customers and may be damaged...obviously I'm far more glad to hear the amplifier is working without any issues at all! I can assure you that although your capo may have been opened at some point, it certainly won't have been used by anybody prior to dispatch. We carry hundreds of these capos in stock and yours will have come straight from a box and into the dispatch area.
