We replied to your email yesterday to look into why your order was missing with Royal Mail. We offered to resend your order on a tracked next day courier service and offered free gift wrap to your recipient with it being late. We have had no reply to our email and never suggested it would 3 more days. We have also tried phoning you with no success.
