Good site and service offered. Used GR many times
Very easy to book but not so easy to get a CONFIRMATION of a special request for a wheelchair accessible room either through the hotel itself or GR office.

Thank you for your valued feedback. The particular hotel that you are booked at has a taxi service that runs between the hotel and the airport. The cost of this service is unfortunately not included in the price of the hotel and parking package. Information regarding this service can be found on the information page for that particular hotel on our website. We hope you enjoy your trip!
We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.
Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.
We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.
