I've used Flowers Direct numerous times. Always a good service; flowers have always been beautiful. Would recommend.
Was disgusted that's theses flowers came and every single rose was dead. Then no way of getting me a new bunch out only if I paid. Will not be using this company again or recommending it

It wasn't really resolved I would of liked new flowers but was told I'd have to pay again for that!
