I am sorry to learn of your disappointment with our service. Having looked your order, it seems that various florists in the area rejected your order as they were unable to deliver it to the exact specification. The florist in question should not have contacted you directly with regards to your order, as this is down to us at Flowers Direct. We do have a substitution policy, whereby if certain flowers are not available, we do reserve the right to provide an item of at least equal value. Of course, if you were to disagree that the item provided was not to the same value, we would be more than happy to investigate this and provide a satisfactory outcome for you.
