I am sorry to learn that your original bouquet and the first replacement did not last as long as expected. Generally the vase life of Daffodil flowers varies slightly. It varies from 6-8 days under standard conditions at 15.5 degrees c, but this will change if the environment is warmer or cooler. Daffodil flowers are sensitive to ethylene, which shortens their vase life. I am glad to hear that the second repalcement lasted longer than thepervious two items, and we apologise for any inconvnenience caused.

I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your order. I can onyl presume that the recipient was not in when delivery was originally attempted, and so delivery took place the following day. Unfortuantely the florist in question no longer has their delivery sheets and so I cannot confirm this is the reason, but the florist accepted your order the previous day for delivery, and there are no comments to advise of any other problems.
