We are sorry to learn that you had to cancel your holiday to China with us as a result of ill health, we understand that this will have no doubt been disappointing. In our terms and conditions under the cancellations section we state that certain arrangements may not be amended or transferred after they have been confirmed and any alteration could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements and Air Passenger Duty will always be non-refundable.
