We will always do our utmost to make sure every stock vehicle is prepped correctly and ready to drive away that day. Unfortunately the Vauxhall Corsa you purchased needed additional work and I can only put it down to human error that this work was not carried out before you arrived to take collection. As gesture of goodwill we covered the cost of repairs by a third party dealer and also offered a free service which I can say was 100% carried out keeping in line with our high standards.
