the claim was settled quickly but I did get a bit confused with the exchange rate and it didn't come in a lump sum. I was happy the claim was accepted in the end with no worries or hassles.

Poor claim communication
A major tropical storm impacted the start of my holiday after I arrived and only part of my claim was paid with no explanation whatsoever of why part of my claim was denied.

Cover More have very slow IT systems. Not ideal when you are busy
Nice people, but they have extremely slow systems which meant it took a long time to pull up my details.
