Thank you for your feedback. Following on from our phone conversations concerning the delivery status of your order, we can see from our DPD account that your parcel has been noted for delivery on Saturday now DPD customer service has informed us. It appears that the collection driver did not arrive back in time to get our daily collection on the trailer to go to their sorting hub, so it ended up being delayed.
We are sorry for this issue and hope that you will be happy with your wallpaper when it arrives. Many thanks.
