Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies. We had an issue with the incorrect product put into the incorrect picking bays and this was not realised until the second chair was sent. Regarding the chair height, we do advertise all the sizes before you purchase but understand that you found the chair not to your liking.

Great product, slightly slow to arrive

Completion was slower than I anticipated and I had to chase up the order, however customer services responded quickly to explain it was still in production.
