Good Morning and thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies this took two days to respond but we are closed at the weekends and this was not seen until the Monday morning. out.
We ask for emails so that we can see images of the problem so that the correct parts are sent. I am pleased though that as soon as the email was seen and the image that the problem was dealt with quickly.

My apologies on the arms as we did advise from the start of the order that we were out of stock of the arm and the lead time would be long and we happy to supply the other arms FOC to tie you over. We were in the hands of shippers so did not have updates as the boat was on the water.
